人人避暑走如狂，
獨有禪師不出房。
可是禪房無熱到，
但能心靜即身涼。

Throngs of men, to escape the heat, run like madmen.
Only the Meditation-master quietly sits in his room.
How is it that the Hall of Meditation cannot be reached by the heat?
Only tranquility of heart keeps the body cool.
